Shipping Methods and Rates
Rachel Indira LLC orders ship via UPS or USPS on business days (Monday through Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm EST, excluding major holidays). Rachel Indira LLC offers free standard shipping to the contiguous 48 U.S. states on all orders equal to or more than $50 before tax.
Orders less than $50 before tax are charged a $10 flat shipping rate. We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO, FPO, DPO destinations and freight forwarding addresses. We do not ship to Canada and Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands and all other U.S. territories at this time. We regret that we do not ship outside the U.S. at this time.
Exception: Canada Flat rate shipping $20 and $20 handling duty fee
Upon check-out, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email to confirm shipment of your order. The shipping tracking information will be included in that email so that you may check status of the order at your convenience. Multiple Ship to Addresses
Currently, rachelindira.com does not support sending to multiple addresses in one order. Please place the items in the basket that you wish to be sent to one location and send order. You may then proceed to send to another address by beginning the order process again.
Return & Exchange Policy
At this time we cannot accept any returns or exchanges and will not refund any items purchased directly from rachelindira.com
If the product(s) received do not comply with your order or if the content of the parcel has been damaged, please contact a Rachel Indira LLC Customer Representative at 678-532-9205 or or go to our contact us form to coordinate a replacement order.
Inquiries should be reported as soon as possible if not within 5 business days and include pictures of the damaged or miss-shipped product(s). If after 5 days of receiving your order you reach out to us unfortunately, we cannot accept your return and process a replacement order.
